Milt Marshall has been training in Medina for 16 years and is NESTA certified. He can work with you on a plan for all your health and fitness needs. He works with clients of all ages. Milt is the owner of the Got Milt Health and Fitness Center.

Julie Meyers

Julie is a NESTA certified personal trainer and has been involved in sports and exercise for several years. She particularly excels at programs for core conditioning and circuit training for overall fitness. Her experience as a physical therapist gives her a unique ability to work with existing injuries and create routines that address injury prevention.

Jessica Lappin

With over 15 years of experience in group exercise instruction and personal training, Jess brings a strong academic and clinical foundation to fitness and wellness. She earned her degree from The University of Akron, majoring in Exercise Science/Exercise Physiology with a minor in Dietetics. Following her academic studies, she completed an internship and worked full time for five years at a Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy clinic in Fairlawn, gaining valuable hands-on experience in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and functional movement. Throughout her career, she has continued to expand her expertise through numerous certifications, including YogaFit, Specialty Pilates, Simply Barre, Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, and Sports Nutrition, along with ongoing continuing education in health and fitness. Her comprehensive background allows her to deliver safe, effective, and well-rounded training for clients of all fitness levels.

Kristen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and adult AED/CPR certified by the American Red Cross. A Medina native with thirty years of experience in competitive sports as an athlete and coach, she is passionate about helping individuals improve their health and lifestyle by learning to set and achieve realistic goals through fitness, nutrition and support.

Placing an emphasis on strength training, flexibility, balance and core stability, she will create a customized workout plan to target specific needs that give individuals the results they want.

Chelsea is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mount Union, along with certifications in TRX, Zumba, and Fitness Nutrition. Chelsea’s passion for fitness is deeply personal. After struggling with her weight for much of her life, she discovered fitness at age 17 and went on to lose 70 pounds, completely changing her outlook and inspiring her to help others do the same.

She specializes in weight loss and lean muscle development, working with women, men, and children of all ages and fitness levels. Chelsea’s supportive, motivating approach focuses on sustainable progress and helping clients build confidence both inside and outside the gym.

Justin is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness and athletics. His interest in training began at a young age and developed through years of involvement in sports, including competing as a multi-sport athlete at both the high school and collegiate levels.

Driven by a genuine commitment to his clients, Justin is dedicated to helping individuals reach their goals and achieve their highest potential. He designs individualized training programs tailored to each client’s needs, with a focus on strength training, core conditioning, circuit training, and endurance development.

Justin’s client-centered approach and enthusiasm for coaching create a supportive environment where individuals can build confidence, improve overall fitness, and work toward becoming their best selves.

Stephen Grabor

Personal Trainer

Stephen has over 13 years of experience in personal and group fitness training. His career began after a personal transformation through strength training, which inspired him to dedicate his work to helping others experience the physical and mental benefits of fitness. Stephen has taught a wide range of classes at the YMCA, working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, including HIIT, strength-based programs, endurance training, and youth fitness. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Fitness from Otterbein University, following studies at The Ohio State University. Today, Stephen combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver effective, supportive training that helps clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
